Accessories

We offer a number of accessories for manufacturing convenience and in response to custom panel requests for the most demanding and mission-critical applications.

SP0001 Socket Pins

  • Type of switches: Sx Series switches
  • No. of socket pins: 6 pins required for each switch
  • Application: manufacturing process improvements, easy in-field replacement, inventory control
  • Datasheet: SP0000_v2.3en.pdf
  • Socket Pins

The Sx Series switches can either be directly soldered into a circuit board or socket mounted using the SP0001 Socket Pins.
Socket Pins allow for the installation and field servicing of switches. All switches are hot-plugable under power. The use of Socket Pins also allows for the cleaning of PCBs after soldering and installation of switches afterwards. Many of our OEM partners use Socket Pins to pre-fab PCBs at EMS and add switches at the end of the value chain.

    SP0601 Pins Sockets

  • Type of switches: Tx Series switches
  • No. of socket pin connectors: 1 socket pin connector per Tx switch
  • Application: manufacturing process improvements, easy in-field replacement, inventory control
  • Datasheet: Contact us for technical details
  • Socket Pin Connector

The Tx Series switches can either be directly soldered into a circuit board or socket mounted using the SP0601 Socket Pin Connector. The SP0601 is mounted on the reverse side of the PCB.
The use of Socket Pin Connectors allows for the installation and field servicing of switches. All switches are hot-plugable under power. The use of Socket Pin Connectors also allows for the cleaning of PCBs after soldering and installation of switches afterwards. Many of our OEM partners use Socket Pin Connectors to pre-fab PCBs at EMS and add switches at the end of the value chain.

    SL0001 Socket Locks

  • Type of switches: Sx Series switches
contact us here for Tx series socket locks."
  • No. of socket locks: 1 socket lock required for each switch
  • Application: secure environments, tough environmental conditions, custom layouts
  • Datasheet: SL0000_v1.2en.pdf
  • Socket Locks

The Socket Locks are used in applications were our customers wish to socket mount the switches, but prevent the removal of switches by the user. The Socket Locks are inserted on the reverse into the mounting feet of the switches, which means that the switches can no longer be pulled from the sockets from the front. Removing the Socket Locks will allow for easy replacement of the switches without desoldering.

    SF0001 Switch Frames

  • Type of switches: Sx Series switches
  • No. of switch frames: 1 per Sx switch depending on control panel specifications
  • Application: front mounted switches in custom panel layouts
  • Datasheet: SF0000_v1.2en.pdf
  • Socket Pins

The SF0001 Switch Frames are used in custom control panels with front-mounted switches and in control panels with SG0001 or SG0002 Switch Guards.
The SF0001 Switch Frames use a single switch key matrix with ribbon cable connection to the CC0064 Controller. Use of the Switch Frames also allows for custom layouts with switches is different positions at a workstation connected via ribbon cables to a single controller.

    SG0001 & SG0002 Switch Guards

  • Type of switches: Sx Series switches
  • No. of switch guards: 1 per switch
  • Application: mission critical and secure applications
  • Datasheet: SG0000_v2.1en.pdf
  • Switch Guards

The SG0001 and &SG0002 Switch Guards prevent the unintended activation of Sx switches by the user in mission-critical and secure applications. The Switch Guards are front-mounted in a control panel and available in Stay-Closed (SG0001) and Stay-Open (SG0002) versions.
The lid of Stay-Open (SG0001) Switch Guards are always under tension and will close if not held open by the user. The SG0002 Stay-Open version can be opened to remain in the open position until closed by the user.
The Switch Guards can be installed together with SF0001 Switch Frames for uniform front panel cutouts.
